i was asking if pressing F3 (even without the disks) loads the MSI Recovery Manager for you guys. i\'ve already used this option before.īut after my clean install, when i press F3 at the start nothing happens, someone said it has something to do with the Master Boot Record (MBR). you should be able to recover your OS even without the disks by using F3 at the start. there is 7.81 Gb allocated in a partition at the very start of the drive, that\'s supposed to be the OS recovery partition. 1st is using the disks you\'ve burned using MSI Burn Recovery, 2nd is using the Recovery Partition. i don\'t know any exact software though, because i don\'t use one. but you can use more advanced partitioning software to expand your C even if there\'s data to it\'s right. MSI consiglia a tutti gli utenti di creare un backup del sistema tramite lo strumento Burnrecovery Il supporto di ripristino può aiutarti a ripristinare il sistema nella maggior parte dei casi. meaning you can only expand drive C if you have unpartitioned space to the right of the drive (correct me if i\'m wrong). i prefer that approach.Īs far as i know, you can only expand drives to the right. Simplest way is to back-up your files, delete both partitions, and create new ones.
